Tht + HyperVM & Kloxo

Hello,
I would like to make THT compatible with HyperVM and Kloxo control panels. How would I even go about doing this on the THT end? I already have API documentation for Kloxo and HyperVM located at http://wiki.lxcenter.org/tiki-index.php?page=API. My goal is to get THT to be my billing software for VPS servers and Web hosting plans. Since the JSON based API of the two softwares is the same, the methods of API communication are also the same. I figure that all I'd need to do is create a server for communication between THT + HyperVM (VPS Server Control Panel) and a server for commmunication between THT + Kloxo the web hosting control panel. Finally, I'd just need to add the methods to THT. My Questions:
How do I do this?
What files within THT will need modification?
Are there other complications I'll need to figure out?

For the basic server functionality, create a THT compatible server file (eg: whm.php). You can use the core ones for guidance. Our invoice class will need to be modified as well if you wish to extend it.

ip shows in hypervm, just need tht ip to be added to kloxo, so tht it could be used for nameservers on registrar.
