sign-up forms with blank inputs allowed
While signing up for an account, the forms are allowed to be advanced without needed information. The entire sign-up page is not checked by the script for needed values and you are allowed to click next and are moved to the "domain" page. Huh

Try reuploading the ajax.php and class_server.php in the /includes folder
