for the first warning: php is expecting a start tag "<?" in the whm.php file mentioned on line 49.
Recommended solution:

add the "<?" tag (no quotes) at the baginning of line 49.

Fixing the first error should also remove several other errors along the way.

Don't mess with the PHP
It's because of the HTML in recieved from WHM.

So, is this something wrong with THT? We have lots of suspended accounts that need to be terminated and I would prefer to have it done asap.
