Hey Guys,

When a user go to sign up, on step 5, they get this message

Although they have more.

I just tried with my testing account with 50 posts for a package for 45 posts. And get the same error as well. How can I resolve this?

Verify that your forum database details are correct.

I am a noob with THT. Where can I find my P2H database details, without the one in the admin panel

Feel free to close this thread, I've solved it for him.

He had server set up wrong, he specified on which domain the server runs (server.*.com) istead of just doing localhost, which caused in rejection of account creation Smile
