Support for SMF2

Hello, I have altered this file (includes/types/p2h.php) to make it support SMF 2 RC3. If there is a RC4, I will alter the file again and post it up here. It should work as I tested this. If you have problems, feel free to ask here.
TO INSTALL:
1. Download the script
2. Save it on your computer
3. Go to your cPanel (or DirectAdmin) File Manager
4. Go to the includes folder, and then types. Upload and Replace the old p2h.php file.

Make sure you have a backup of the original p2h.php file first in case of an error.

If your using or about to use SMF 1.x, then do not download this file as it can cause issues in the signup page.

i should imagine you would have to make a few minor edit to it then i would think it will
