delete client error

this happens when deleting client, if packaged is deleted before

Well to be honest the problem is that you should never delete a package without making sure all the clients are off of that package.

This problem happens even when an account is deleted

Is there anyway how to resolve this error?

As far as I can tell, you need to manually remove all the users on that package from the database.
