v1 Public Beta (Patch 2 Applied)

Finally, The Hosting Tool v1 is released to community in its v1 Public Beta!

This Beta is the near final version of THT that is released to the community before final to iron out any small bugs that may still linger inside THT.

This Beta version, personally I think it is ready for a live environment but that isn't a guarntee, use it in your own risk.
