Noticed something on the invoice page

I noticed that on the invoice page, it says "Amount: 4" or whatever the cost is, I think it should be displayed like $4.00, so the customer will be clear on what it is and how much it is.

Also I think that on the admin area where you view tickets, it should show the status of the ticket before you click on it, so you can differentiate between open and closed tickets.
