Signup Error (skipping step 3)

Error: When signing up, it is skipping step 3 (enter username and password) and giving me an error about how it cannot create the username. When I click previous step, it takes me from step 4 (enter domain name) to step 2 (agree to terms) and I cannot get to the username screen.

I just tried it again after closing the browser, and it let me get to step 3, don't know why it didn't before. Maybe just an isolated incident, but I just thought I would bring it to your attention.
