v1 Public Beta Patch 2

The second patch for the public beta. Like before, if you downloaded after 17:40 GMT 1st December, you will have the patch included in the THT download. If not, download the patch. It adds and fixes:

1) Tooltips blank and positioning fixed
2) cP Creator importer now does P2H Forums and Users
3) Script no longer stores forum password in DB
4) Forum Posting works in Client CP
