In cP Creator, if you signed up only half way (IE: If you filled up your main account info but didn't select a package to use...) And you came back later to restart the registration, it would show that the IP had already been used, and that the username and email had already been taken. It would also create a "dud" account with no packages. Is this fixed in THT?

 I ended up deleting 150 accounts by hand that had zero packages.
