Refferal System

Hello all AGAIN ,

I have another idea for THT, maybe a referral system?

A user can give out their link and get people to signup, for every person they get signed up X amount of posts are taken off how many they need to post

Yeah but it will have to have some features like the posting can not drop under 0, we dont want the guy to just use the host for nothing and just let all the refferals work.

Ooh dude I was thinking of this too this morning, would be pretty nice where a client gets its unique referrals and he/she can log in to see how many referrals he/she got ;D. And than they can like buy hosting with their referral points. That would be really sweet.

I was thinking more like they can either have a percentage of posts removed from their posting quota for each refferal, for example two reffered people will give them 20% off

Example:
X = 10% (Percent off per reffered person)
Their posting quota = 10 (for example)

So Lets say the guy above has refferd two people that would mean their quota would change to 8 posts per month.

Also a NO CHEATING system where the refferd person MUST be a active account

you would also need to check that referrals come from a different IP address.

Yeah even better you could have a blacklist ip list hosted on THT.com and the php script blocks according to that file xD
