Login error
Hi all,
some users at my forum gets "bad username" when trying to order hosting, i asked if they had js enabled, and they have.. any suggestions? (they have same login & display name) |

Do you have the SQL details correct?
Also, make sure they enter the forum username not their display name. If ones person was able to signup, they all should or it's human error. Jonny H - THT Main Developer & Founder |

Well so far 3 people have got problems..
Sql details must be correct since every one els is able to signup.. I checked the users login name however it seemed to be the same (well he was called lllllll, not sure there where the same amounts  )Are username case sensative? P.S. Thanks for your help so far |

They may be case sensitive, but most likely not. Also, it'll be user error then if people have signed up before.
