Where do you get this? How do we replicate it?

Please provide information about your setup, page the error is displaying on, any other information in addition to the error itself.

I get this in the Step 5

Seems that THT failed to connect to WHM, or received a weird error. THT uses cPanel/WHM's XML-API to make interactions with your server, and has probably received a non-XML response. Check all your settings if they are correct.
