Help me edit the tab unser the header

i want to delete tab Knowledge Base
and replace that is "Forum" (and when people click in it it move to my forum)
what code i need to delete and what code i need to add and where?
please help me (i attach the image under)

You can either manually edit the theme files or edit the database. Unfortunately the NavBar editor doesn't work in 1.2.3

I just manually edited the database file with phpmyadmin.

I actually found a post that explained how to do this. Best way was to edit the file in PHPMyAdmin.
