I found a Temp Solution that is working for me.
If you can use Direct Admin instead just until its fixed ive done it and its working fine |

Direct Admin? Like when you, "Create a Server" on the TheHostingTool Admin, use Direct Admin instead of cPanel/WHM?

He is suggesting you use DirectAdmin in complete replace of WHM.

You can close this thread, I got the problem fixed - it had to do with my reseller permissions.
