Reseller Hosting Problem

Hello there,
I just install the THT on my server.

1. I create my packages in WHM, after i create the package on THT admin page and i click the reseller option but...

when i register a new account with my reseller hosting package the account seems that isnt a reseller account, no WHM there, is just a simple shared hosting account.

Any solution about that? i made something wrong or?

2. Also the custom pages doesnt works.

3. Multiple Signups: Yes (but they cant order from the order page)

If anyone can help me plz?

For your problem in #1:

1) Make sure that the username and access hash is correct
2) Have you set in a Reseller ACL? For this you can refer to this thread (http://thehostingtool.com/forum/thread-962.html)

ACL? you mean the features list on WHM or? im new on this if you can help me about that.

Yeah, the Reseller ACL. Sometimes that can be a problem. However, since you said that there is no WHM option on cPanel I'm guessing its another problem. You better wait for an answer from Kevin or Jonny or any of the THT team.

Have you installed tht on your own dedi/vps?

To create reseller, your whm must have privileges of a master/alpha or root reseller.
