Clients cannot log in.

Hello everyone,

Haven't a slight issue. No one cannot log into the THT system as a client. I reset passwords and still nothing.

Is there anything that i can change on the server?? (I have a VPS hosting THT) or anything I can change in the THT admin area.

Have you tried manually setting a password via this tool? http://thehostingtool.com/tools/tht-passgen.php

If this doesn't work, it means the auth system has been completely borked somehow
