I wish you luck in converting this or finding someone to convert it, if your taking your company seriously it wouldent hurt to pay someone to do this since THT and the template are both free.

It's usually not too hard to port an HTML theme to TheHostingTool since the only things you really need to do are make sure the navbar code is compatible, make sure the needed CSS rules are named correctly (many of these can be copied out of the Reloaded2 style and re-colored), and add the includes for your CSS, JavaScript, etc
