User Plan Upgrade

This mod will allow users to upgrade their plan. It is in very early development right now, so I estimate maybe two weeks for a beta to be done.

Features:

User can upgrade plan from client area
admin approval requirement can be set
user can upgrade from free to p2h

well, i am not the best at ajax so I am going to be digging in the THT old releases for the old order form (one with drop down menus). Once I have the form, the backend will just fall into place.

Well, im really sorry, but this will probably not be implemented for a longggg time.

In the mean time, I will write a tutorial on how to upgrade users manually.
