Call to undefined method

hello i have just downloaded and installed this script been playing with it to see what it does so far i like it very nice and clean one issue i have found so far i made a test user then logged in to the admin panel looked for the test user and went to edit the users passwords and got a white page php fatal error checking my apache error logs i see this error

anyone else have this issue if so could you please tell me the fix thanks

ok mate thanks another issue when i set up a test account buying a package login will not work untill payment is validated is that the way its meant to be?
