tht error on every user action

i have installed tht. the problem is , once i changed my server ips, thtt broke down.
So now i reinstalled tht by deleting the database, and than recreating a new database and user and than i restored the database through phpmyadmin. now i can see all my clients, their other info, but whenever they or i try to create a new acc or change password or anything such, an error is recieved as"

Correct me if I'm wrong, but sometimes it throws that error when it times out.

than why is it timing out?
even forget password is not working.

For a reason I have yet to identify, (and trust me, I'm looking for it), THT will explode if you move servers or change IPs. I think this has something to do with the caching system, but I'm not yet sure.

The way I've found to fix this:

1) Backup your THT database
2) Delete all THT content
3) Perform a fresh re-install
4) Merge old database back into new database
5) Check Config table in PHPMyAdmin to make sure everything is current & reflecting the new install.
6) Re-generate WHM access key
