Help Confused?

Hello i was on a diffrent forum and someone suggested the hosting tool to me but im struggling to understand the instructions . I downloaded THT then extracted it to my desktop then ftp it to my website but when i trasfered the whole file over but now i have no idea what to do i looked on the actual website there's nothing just index of and the tht folder which doesn't show any files in it even though i know theres files in it and when im on the control panel i just have all the files in it but your instructions said something about folder 1.2 but that isn't there what do i do?

Browse to the install folder and install it.
