Some easy logo changer where you input your logo, and THT will update the logo Would be so awesome

Possible, or you could just go into themes/yourtheme/images/logo.png and replace it.

Yes, but people which do not have ftp access, i dont want my admins to go sneak around in my config files

once I get the theme uploader to respond correctly with THT's security system, I'm sure it could be easily modified to change the logo...

You should make a check that it's a .png and if it isn't to big.
