Payment Options

Hi there everyone, not sure if im posting in the right place

I want to know 2 things.

When it comes to payment options, how do I change them? Is paypal the only way?
And secondly, how do I change the currency, as im from South Africa and need ZAR...

I'm sure you can use Pound Sterling then it automatically converts it on Paypal.

I am not sure about the payment options, though.
