Whats the procedure?

Im using tht for paid hosting and was just wondering the procedure is..

When a member firsts creates an account i then need to view invoices to activate it. What i want to know is whats the procedure for the following month? like do they get an email with a link to pay again? do the accounts get suspended untill they pay again? or what i don't fully understand the procedure of it because when viewing as a payed client there is no links or anything for payments.
