Wordpress theme

Hi to all.
I'm searching for a WordPress theme to have the following capabilities but I cant find one according to my necessities.
1. The main page should have some modules like:
the most downloaded file
the most recent uploaded
featured files
advertising
2. Registered users can upload easy .doc .jpg .pdf .rar files.
They can upload but not modify other files and their files after uploading
3. All files are under different categories and possibility to add parent and child categories.
4. The category content should be the list of files.
All files are listed on a column with their name the date when it was uploaded and the name of user.
