how change to other language

Currently no, the only thing I can think of id having google translate somewhere on the page so the user can choose their language and let google translate it

its somewhere possible by making 2 installations using same database. but i'm not sure

Yeah you can. Just while installing the 2nd installation you will get errors that it cannot write the sql detail, but thats because they already exist. Just ignore and go to admin area and you'll see it working.

or just copiing the Config file from one to the other then change some settings and done

But Sometimes google does not translates some languages. and you need to add plugin so that can translate it.
