How to create "conf.inc.php" and what they should contain?

Can someone, please, advise how to create "conf.inc.php", or rather to advise exactly what they should contain? Thank you very much.

Thanks for your question regarding conf.inc.php

to create this file you go to:
the includes folder
and create a new file called: "conf.inc.php" With NO DATA INSIDE
Then refresh the install page.
