Faster support on irc chat

Over my time helping tht out i have noticed that sometine the forums are not the quickest way of getting support.

TheHostingTool offers another form of support in form of a live chat, (IrC)
My network has offered its services to TheHostingTool, so if you wish to get fast support head over to:

Yeah that is true the hosting tools are help to make form of support in form of face to face chating. (Irc). I am actually looking for better service option where I get good services in hosting tools.

Why are we using expertec again? it does not seem to ever work... No offense. But Freenode is much more suitable for opensource projects anyway.. >.>

I idle in #tht on Freenode 24/7 if anyone needs help.
