As for the menu..
The menu uses a static background image... on the body tag.. >.< ... This needs to change. There are about a million ways to fix it.

I cant help you without going in and editing your images. It's wayyy to static of a design. Splice img_02.png to separate the menu, logo, and background.. >.>
There is a way... 1 sec im doing some css.
