Where can I download the Force Ads Plug In for thehostingtool, along with install instructions?

I found The Raptors Lair http://theraptor.cycloneraptor.com/?p=38 , but the link they have there to downloand ForceAds.zip http://thehostingtool.com/forum/downloads/ForcedAds.zip Is Dead link.

Please help.

sorry about that, the link from my blog is from before we got hacked, so the plugin was reuploaded to a new spot after that -.-

The response of Darkly was very crucial for me. I am also looking for that kind plug-in. That is really good thing that I can download it from this site. I will download it's zip file.
